How you know when you 'found yourself'

How do you know when a day has been wonderful or when a meal has been genuinely satisfying? How do you tell whether a friendship or a first date has been truly enjoyable? You just have a feeling...

Additionally, I've discovered that life changes and that simply being alive changes.

When you know yourself, your fear decreases. Much less fear, At times, fearlessness Because your fear hasn't driven you insane, you're simply better at accepting things as they are. You have more faith in yourself.

It becomes frivolous and silly to want to satisfy others, get their approval, or be concerned about what they might think of you. because it really is unimportant and foolish. There are numerous advantages and extremely unique and unusual things that happen when you stop caring what other people think.

You come to the realization that you've been devoting time, effort, and attention to numerous activities that are useless, meaningless, and unimportant to you. As a result, you begin focusing your attention and efforts on activities that are actually more significant to you as you come to understand what is.

You start to care much less about other people. You now have more sympathy for their tribulations and struggle,  you have  more empathy and compassion because the process of finding yourself includes exercising some compassion for yourself.

You tend to have an existential crisis or twelve. The process of finding yourself comes with some grief and working through it can be a bit turbulent.

I’m sure there are others but those are the main ones.
