I'll go first, after my ex and I broke up one night I hung out with a mutual friend I hadn't seen in a year or more.

I knew he was about to tell me how his wife left him, so I unloaded all my shitty life happenings also "ended 6 year relationship, ex cheated, had to move back in with my parents, cancer scare" list goes on.

Friend tells me that I shouldn't have been in an open relationship if I wasn't OK with it. I told him we never were. Apparently he was with my ex multiple times when he cheated on me.
