Is it unhealthy to add dairy to every meal, every day? It doesn't bother my stomach but I wonder if I'm giving myself the opposite of a deficiency (hyper-something).

Hot Cheetos alternatives ?

I recently switched my diet to animal based and since restricting all intake of seed oils chemicals and colorings I’ve realized how much I miss some old convenient snacks.

For example wholes almond butter is 190 for 2 tablespoons a while base culture is 170.
