Eating more but I'm still hungry??
I'm slowly changing my diet and i decided to start by changing my lunch, cuz when i'm at work if i'm still hungry or i want to snack, there's no options if i haven't packed more food.
anyway, normally my lunch is a sandwich and a small bag of crisps, or a sandwich and a chocolate bar and i feel full afterwards.
today i decided to go with a sandwich, a chopped up carrot, some chopped cucumber, and a handful of red grapes. my stomach won't stop loudly grumbling, and i feel super hungry, despite the fact that it's literally more food. any ideas why this is happening??
