I always crave snacks after chowing down on a full meal. Need help!
So, I have this thing where I always crave snacks after chowing down on a full meal. I've tried a bunch of stuff to curb the urge, like eating more protein, drinking more water, chugging black coffee, taking a stroll and all that jazz. But, even after all that, I still end up wanting more snacks or chocolate. Any tips or tricks you can share with me? I'd really appreciate it! Thanks in advance.
