Is it unhealthy to add dairy to every meal, every day? It doesn't bother my stomach but I wonder if I'm giving myself the opposite of a deficiency (hyper-something).

My health is kinda bad in general but that's probably mostly due to my sedentary lifestyle and the anemia I got from Covid. Still, I've been realising that I tend to overeat some foods that I really shouldn't (such as sugar and refined carbs in general) and have been wondering if there's some hidden danger in eating a lot of dairy as well?
