15F always hungry 2 hours after eating
I consume a lot of protein—roughly 100g each day—to meet my demands and keep myself satisfied. I believe that my average daily calorie intake of 1300 is sufficient for my lifestyle, weight, and height (44kg 158cm). I am using this
I always get desires for foods that I never really loved, and my stomach is grumbling from hunger as much as an impulse to eat. A year ago, I pretty much subsisted on a 400 calorie wrap and a smoothie every day, which makes me feel like there must be something wrong with me. I've increased the number of whole foods in my diet, and I'm now practically sugar-free, but I still feel like I must be doing something incorrectly. I don’t think it’s to do with my calorie intake because I’m sedentary all the time. How can I stay full?
