Would it be worth listening to podcasts/YouTube channels to get some ideas of what companies I should invest in?

I'm still casual and feel that I can't dedicate more than maybe an hour or so at most per day to stocks. I've looked over Warren buffets principles and it's something to consider for investing. I know I need to do my own research but again would it be worth following any specific podcasts or YouTube channels now for figuring the best companies to invest in? Any specific advice/suggestions would be appreciated.
