How do you stay on track when Friday night hits?

I’ve been in this cycle of being good with my diet from Monday until Friday 7pm. I feel that I “deserve” a reward for being so good with my diet or for having a tough week so I either go out for drinks which lead to bad eating choices or I get delivery or I just eat way too much.

I’m probably able to convince myself that every week was a hard week lol, therefore every weekend is a celebration. I’m constantly sabotaging my weight loss with this kind of decision making.

As a solution, I’ve thought of doing fitness classes on weekend mornings and getting myself a pre-made salad on Friday nights where I’m staying in. I like pre-made salads and it’s better than getting takeout/delivery.

My question is did you guys struggle with this and what did you do to get past this mindset?
